| The Application Kit provides appropriate state agencies with instructions and necessary forms to apply for funding under the JABG Program. |
Designated state agencies must complete an application for federal assistance (SF-424) on GMS by February 27, 2004.
All completed applications must be received on GMS by March 31, 2004.
