Formula Grant Program Under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 2002
The Application Kit provides appropriate state agencies with instructions on how to apply for funding under the Formula Grants Program.
Designated state agencies must complete an application for federal assistance (SF-424) on GMS by February 27, 2004. Completed applications must be received on GMS by March 31, 2004.
