- In 2007, the white rate was less than the American Indian rate but about four times the rates for black and Asian juveniles.
- Race-specific trends in liquor law violation arrest rates vary greatly. Between 1980 and 2007, the liquor law violation arrest rate declined 15% for white juveniles. Over this period, the black rate increased 66%, the American Indian rate increased 41%, and the Asian rate increased 21%.
